What We Pour

Concrete Pours, Done Six Ways

Backyard living spaces that hold up to the kids, the grill, and twenty-five summers in a row. Broom-finished, stamped, stained, or all three — sized to fit your yard and your budget.

Tear-outs, replacements, expansions, and new pours. Proper sub-base, reinforced where it counts, and finished to outlast the next three minivans.

Front-door paths, side-yard runs, and ADA-compliant entries.

Ashlar, slate, flagstone, cobble — the look of stone at the price of concrete.

Solid front entries and side-stoop replacements that match your home.

Decorative pebble finishes — non-slip and naturally beautiful.

Equipment pads, A/C slabs, shed bases & pool surrounds.

How it works

The same crew that built your fence pours your patio.

Most homeowners juggle three contractors to finish one backyard. We rolled our concrete crew into the same shop as our fence crew so you get one schedule, one point of contact, and one team that actually shows up when they said they would.

In-house crews, not subs

Same hands on every project. The person who quotes your job is on site the day of the pour.

Honest pricing, no fluff

You’ll see a per-square-foot rate and exactly what’s included. No “miscellaneous fees” on the invoice.

Common questions

Everything we get asked on the first call.

Concrete is a big purchase. Here’s the stuff homeowners want to know before they sign anything — answered plainly.

Don't see your question?

We answer the phone Monday through Saturday.

How much does a residential concrete project cost?

Most of our broom-finished patios and walkways land between $10–$14 per square foot. Stamped, stained, or decorative finishes typically run $16–$22 per square foot. Driveways depend heavily on tear-out, sub-base condition, and reinforcement — we'll give you an exact number after a free site visit, in writing.

How long does a typical project take from quote to cure?

Most residential projects run two to three weeks from signed estimate to final cure. That includes scheduling, prep, pour day, and the 7–10 day cure before normal use.

What's the difference between stamped and exposed aggregate?

Stamped concrete uses textured mats to mimic stone, brick, or wood after the pour. Exposed aggregate washes away the top layer of cement to reveal the natural stones underneath — rougher texture, great traction, very low maintenance.

Will my new concrete crack?

All concrete develops hairline cracks over time — it's the nature of the material. What we control is where. Properly placed control joints direct cracks to invisible seams.

Do you handle the permits and HOA paperwork?

Yes. We pull every permit your municipality requires and submit HOA architectural review packets on your behalf. You sign, we file.

Can you bundle concrete with a new fence?

We sure can! Sequencing the concrete and fence work together usually saves a week of schedule and avoids reworking footings later.

What happens to my yard during construction?

We protect adjacent grass and beds with plywood pathways for equipment, clean up daily, and haul away all debris. Any landscaping damage caused by our crew is repaired or replaced before final walkthrough.
